LCA Architects met our client's desire to bring first-class, multi-family housing to an area exploding with technology employment opportunities. Two distinct building types comprise this three-story, 276 unit luxury rental community.
Lower density “villa” units, surrounding the site, are the essence of convenience with direct access garages and private entries. Concentrated at the pavilion/pool area are the higher density “atrium” units which signify distinguished living, with subterranean parking and oversized terraces at many units.
